Sara Usner is an experienced professional in access operations and patient services management, currently serving as the Director of Access Operations at WellSpan Health since May 2016, where oversight is provided for facilities call centers including registration and on-call services. Prior to this role, Sara held various management positions at Lancaster General Health from 2009 to May 2016, including managing centralized scheduling and contact center operations. Sara's career began at Cellular One and Lancaster Newspapers, accumulating experience in sales and customer relationship management. Sara holds an MBA in Business from Alvernia University and a BS in Marketing from Penn State University.
