Kris Wagner serves as the Chief Nurse Anesthetist at WellSpan Health, with a career spanning over two decades in various healthcare roles. Since August 2011, Wagner has fulfilled the responsibilities of Chief CRNA at WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital, overseeing clinical coordination for student nurse anesthetists and managing clinical observerships.
