Adrian Naranjo is an accomplished data professional with extensive experience in data science and analytics. Currently serving as a Data Scientist and Data Engineer at Pave since April 2021, Adrian was the first data hire and established the foundational data systems to support significant company growth. Prior experience includes roles as Data Science Manager at Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc., where Adrian implemented predictive solutions that dramatically reduced hospital claim denials, and Analytics Engineering Manager at Gap Inc., where oversight of a team focused on customer analysis and modeling was crucial. Adrian's background also includes positions at Nordic Consulting Partners as a Senior Analytics Consultant, GE Healthcare as an Analytics Consultant, and financial analyst roles at Humana and Memorial Healthcare System. Adrian holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Northwestern University and a Master of Science in Finance from Florida International University, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the same institution.
