Tom LaBounty is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in analytics and education. Currently serving as Executive Director and Business Execution Senior Manager for Analytic Initiatives at Wells Fargo, Tom has previously held several leadership roles including Vice President Data Operations Leader and Vice President of Customer Remediation Analytics. In the education sector, Tom has been the Director of Research, Evaluation, and Assessment at South Washington County Schools and has worked in various capacities at Rochester Public Schools ISD #535 and Mounds View Public Schools. Additionally, Tom contributes as an Adjunct Professor at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Tom holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Psychology with a focus on Quantitative Methods in Education from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Educational Administration from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
