Tamara Hazlett is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in performance management and talent strategy within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Performance Management at Wells Fargo since May 2020, Tamara previously held several senior leadership roles at Bank of America from 2009 to 2020, including leading enterprise performance management initiatives and overseeing the performance and talent product management function for over 170,000 employees. Prior experience at Merrill Lynch involved managing HR change efforts and optimizing performance processes for more than 65,000 employees. Tamara holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
