Sudha Sharma currently holds the position of VP-Audit Controls at Innova Solutions since April 2023. Prior to this role, Sudha served as Project Lead for Technology Risk and Compliance at DIVERSANT, LLC from March 2022 to April 2023. Sudha has also worked as Managing Principal at OneMain Financial from November 2021 to March 2022, and as a Payment Technology Risk Analyst and Capital Markets Security Architect at Diversant LLC between June 2019 and November 2021. Sudha earned a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, completing the degree in June 2002. Earlier education includes Class XII in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from D.A.V Public Sr Secondary Bina, and a High School diploma from St. Francis School, Anpara.
