Srujana Kurumella has over a decade of experience in compliance and operational risk management, currently serving as a Compliance Manager at Wells Fargo since November 2013, with previous roles including AVP, Operational Risk Manager, Operational Risk Manager, and Technology Manager. Prior to this, Srujana held positions at Wells Fargo India Solutions, starting as a QA Specialist in January 2008 and advancing to QA Lead before transitioning to Wells Fargo. Srujana began a career as a Senior Software Engineer at Keane India Ltd from 2004 to 2007, where contributions included leading a team of 11 and helping establish the Testing Center of Excellence. Srujana earned a B.Tech degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 1999 to 2003.
