Sneha Suresh is an experienced professional in the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, currently serving as the Executive Director and Head of these initiatives for Wells Fargo in India and the Philippines. Previously, Sneha held several positions at Goldman Sachs, including Vice President, Associate, and Senior Analyst, focusing on Diversity and Inclusion and Learning and Development. Sneha also completed an IDEX fellowship in Social Enterprise at Gray Matters Capital Foundation. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychology and Human Resources Development from Christ University, Bangalore, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Women's Christian College, Chennai.
