Sheila Wang is an experienced lead Scrum Master currently at Wells Fargo, where Sheila is overseeing a large-scale Salesforce initiative for branch banking technology. Previous roles include serving as a Contract Senior Program Delivery Lead and Salesforce Scrum Master at First Republic, leading a $40M commercial lending transformation program. Prior to that, Sheila held various project management positions at Wells Fargo, managing complex Agile portfolios and teams, and supporting high-risk projects in community banking technologies. Sheila has also contributed to organizations such as Western Union and Kaiser Permanente, showcasing a strong background in Agile methodologies and project delivery. Sheila holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Computer Science.
