Rhonda Whitney Fraser is an experienced professional in human resources and change management, currently serving as Executive Director at Wells Fargo since May 2023. Prior to this role, Fraser held positions such as Principal at Turnberry Solutions and Change Manager at Accenture. Fraser's extensive background includes consulting leadership at ThreeBridge Solutions and GoldView Solutions, as well as program management at AE Strategies. Fraser began career work as an Advisory Consultant in HR and Change Management at Guidehouse and has held key roles at the Department of Defense and WWC Global.
