Paresh Gandhi is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Wells Fargo since May 2017. Prior to this role, Paresh held positions including President & Head of Human Capital Management at YES BANK and Vice President of Human Resources at both AXA and JPMorgan Chase. Paresh began a career in Human Resources at General Electric and Patel Roadways Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Certificate Course in Executive Program in Management from Cornell University and a Master's in Labour Studies with a focus on Human Resources Management from LNML MILS. Paresh also earned a Bachelor of Science degree from DG Ruparel College of Arts, Science and Commerce.
