Mary-Jo Gagliardi leads Human Resources for Wells Fargo Capital Finance. She joined Wells Fargo in February 2002, and was named director of Human Resources for Wells Fargo Foothill in 2005. She holds a bachelor's degree from Providence College and a master's degree from Boston College. Prior to her time at Wells Fargo, Mary-Jo was a senior associate at Korn/Ferry International, and from 1993 to 1999 she was a human resources manager at Fidelity Investments.
