Lakshmi Raju is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Wells Fargo since May 2022, Lakshmi leads HR business partnerships for the Control Management division, encompassing over 1500 employees, and has successfully implemented organization design strategies and talent management initiatives. Prior to this role, Lakshmi held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Kotak Mahindra Bank from November 2015 to May 2022, focusing on HR strategies across various business verticals in prime metropolitan markets. Lakshmi's career also includes significant experience at ING Vysya Bank as AVP of Human Resources, where responsibilities involved HR partnering and program management, and as Lead of Human Resources at IBM Global Process Services.
