Frederick Yu is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in software engineering, business process management, and customer success. Currently at Wells Fargo since 2018, Frederick holds the roles of Strategy Consultant, Lead Software Engineer, and Implementation Architect, recognized with the prestigious Golden Spoke Award for outstanding performance. Previous roles include Senior Technical Consultant and Customer Success Manager at iGrafx, where Frederick focused on improving ROI for enterprise customers, as well as positions as Director of Product Engineering and Senior Director of BPA Product Development at Proforma Corporation and Metastorm, respectively. Frederick has also contributed as a trained life coach and community leader, providing mentorship and support to youth. Education was completed at Wayne State University.
