Erika G. Peterson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and leadership development. Currently serving as Executive Director at Wells Fargo since November 2024, Erika previously held multiple senior roles at Bank of America from June 2014 to October 2024, including Academy/Learning Executive and SVP of Learning and Leadership Development, where responsibilities involved partnering with technology executives to develop teams and enhance managerial capabilities. Prior to this, Erika worked at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from May 2006 to June 2014, contributing to human capital research, learning analytics, and employee engagement initiatives. Erika's career began at The Home Depot as a Human Resources Intern. Erika holds a BA in Psychology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University.
