Ashley Woodill serves as Associate General Counsel and Managing Director of Legal Strategy, Innovation, and Administration at Wells Fargo since December 2021. Prior to this role, Ashley held the position of Head of Legal Operations at Brex for a brief period and was Vice President and Head of Legal Operations at TD from April 2017 to August 2021. Ashley's earlier experience includes working as Associate Managing Attorney in Global External Legal Relations at GSK, and serving as a Law Clerk at Bahuriak Law Group. Ashley began a legal career with internships at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General - Bureau of Consumer Protection and the United States Attorney's Office - Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ashley earned a J.D. from Widener University Schools of Law in 2011 and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2007.
