Additionally, AJ is a Board Trustee at the Football for Humanity Foundation, dedicated to empowering children facing violence and poverty. With extensive experience, AJ has held various roles, including Country Advisor at the Center for Asia Leadership and CSR Manager at Megawide Construction Corporation, emphasizing sustainability and corporate citizenship. Earlier positions include CSR Lead at Pru Life UK and Corporate Relationship Manager at WWF-Philippines, showcasing a strong commitment to community impact and environmental advocacy. AJ holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Management from De La Salle University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from the University of the Philippines.
