Lakeysha Molock has extensive experience in DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) roles. Lakeysha currently works as a DEI Director at WellPower since 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of DEI Director at the Mental Health Center of Denver from 2017 onwards. In this role, they focused on community outreach, communication equity, and organizational culture. Lakeysha also served as the DEI Manager at the Mental Health Center of Denver from 2017 to 2020.
Before joining the Mental Health Center of Denver, Lakeysha worked at Girls Incorporated of Metro Denver. Lakeysha held the position of Manager of High School & College Programs from 2014 to 2017, where they provided leadership and oversight to meet program goals. Lakeysha also served as the Manager of Outreach & Training from 2009 to 2014, where they created and facilitated various trainings and maintained community partnerships. Prior to that, they worked as a Community Educator, where they wrote and facilitated workshops and mentored youth across the Metro Denver area.
Lakeysha Molock attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature. Prior to that, they briefly studied Communications at Alcorn State University from 2001 to 2002. Lakeysha also has additional certifications, including the Black Executive Leadership Program from McKinsey & Company (obtained in 2023), the Innovation Catalyst: Human-Centered Design & Innovation for the Safety Net from the Center for Care Innovations (obtained in 2022), and Secondary Education from the University of Colorado Boulder.
