Nicole Taylor, Ph.D., J.D. has a diverse work experience in the fields of mental health and law. Nicole is currently working at Wellpath as the Vice President of Mental Health, a role they started in May 2022. Prior to this, they were the Regional Mental Health Director at Wellpath from July 2021 to May 2022. Before joining Wellpath, they worked at TeamHealth as a Clinical Psychologist from December 2019 to August 2021. In their earlier career, they held various positions at the Arizona Department of Corrections, including Mental Health Director from April 2013 to December 2019, Regional MH Director / Chief Psychologist from March 2011 to April 2013, Psychologist II from June 2006 to March 2011, and Psychology Associate II from September 2005 to June 2006. Additionally, they gained legal experience as an Attorney at Ritter Law Group, where they worked as a part-time Best Interest Attorney from July 2009 to June 2012. Nicole also completed a Psychology Internship at Arizona State Hospital from September 2004 to September 2005. Overall, Nicole Taylor brings expertise in mental health, law, and leadership to their current role as the Vice President of Mental Health at Wellpath.

Nicole Taylor, Ph.D., J.D. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Western Colorado University from 1995 to 1999. Nicole continued their education at Palo Alto University, where they earned a Ph.D. in Psychology from 1999 to 2005. Additionally, they attended Golden Gate University, School of Law from 1999 to 2003 to obtain their J.D. in Law.
