Daniel Gillespie currently serves as a Nurse Practitioner in Street Medicine at Wellness Equity Alliance and Journey Health, both since August 2024. Previously, Daniel worked as an Adult Nurse Practitioner at Housing Works from August 2020 to November 2024, providing telehealth primary care for justice-involved individuals in a transitional housing hotel. Additionally, during the COVID pandemic, Daniel held the position of Associate Medical Director, offering comprehensive health care within a Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice re-entry hotel program. Daniel has extensive experience as an Adult Nurse Practitioner at Brightpoint Health, focusing on primary care and HIV management, and at Care for the Homeless, managing HIV/HCV care in shelters. Early career roles include providing testosterone replacement therapy and working as an RN in various healthcare settings. Daniel obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Columbia University in 2014.
