Dhanushka Attygalle is an experienced professional in the hospitality and food service industry, currently serving as Duty Manager and Functions Manager at Star Group since December 2022, where responsibilities include managing events from inception to execution and preparing staff rosters. Prior experience encompasses a leadership role as Head of Strategic Development at Nourish, Sri Lanka, where Dhanushka successfully expanded operations from a home-based business to a facility servicing over 35 supermarket outlets. Additional roles include Head of Operations at Apéro (Pvt) Ltd. and Operations and Events Manager at The Bavarian Restaurant Management (Pvt) Ltd., where Dhanushka streamlined operational processes and enhanced customer service.
