Francisco Matos serves as VP of Software Engineering at Gympass since November 2019, following a tenure as CTO at Flaner for a brief period in late 2019. Between April 2016 and September 2019, Francisco worked with various companies as an angel investor, advisor, and consultant, facilitating new product development and business initiatives. Prior experience includes a significant role as Senior Product Manager at Google from July 2007 to March 2016, where responsibilities spanned product management for health search results and advertising products in Latin America. Francisco's earlier positions include Director of R&D at UOL and Project Manager at Brasil Online, along with software development roles at Sadia, Banco Agrimisa, Audiolab Sistemas Eletronicos, and an internship at UFMG. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, a Master's in Business Administration from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, and a Professional Certification in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University.
