Kaitlyn Viera has extensive experience in sales operations and marketing, currently serving as a Sales Operation Specialist at Wellfleet since August 2016, with prior roles including Sales and Marketing Support Specialist and Customer Service Representative II. Earlier experience includes a Marketing position at AKDO from December 2014 to August 2016 and a Shift Leader role at Rita's Italian Ice from June 2009 to October 2015. Kaitlyn Viera holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Marketing from Springfield College, completed in 2015, and is a graduate of the Academy of Our Lady of Mercy Lauralton Hall.
