Hannah Bower, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Wellfleet since February 2021. In this role, Hannah is involved in policy review, departmental goal development, performance evaluations, payroll administration, and compliance with labor laws. Prior to this position, Hannah worked at SoClean Inc. as a Human Resources Information Specialist, optimizing HR processes and managing SharePoint. Earlier experiences include roles as an HR Assistant and an intern, providing administrative support and exposure to HR operations. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management & Psychology with a specialization in Human Resources from Keene State College and has also studied International Business at Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici. Additionally, experience as a tutor and supervisor contributes to a well-rounded skill set.
