Lisa Scarfe is currently serving as a Funding Manager at Wellcome Trust since September 2024. Prior to this role, Lisa Scarfe worked as a Freelance Medical Writer for Aspirations, part of Aspire Scientific, from May to August 2023. Lisa Scarfe holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mucosal Immunology, obtained from the University of Birmingham from September 2020 to January 2024, and a Master's degree in Mechanisms of Inflammatory Disease from the same institution, completed between September 2019 and August 2020. Additionally, Lisa Scarfe earned a degree from The University of Manchester, where studies were conducted from 2014 to 2018.
