Jefferson Braun is a corporate counsel at WellBiz Brands, Inc., specializing in franchise agreements and brand protection within the beauty and wellness industry. Since October 2021, Jefferson has crafted key legal documents, enforced trademarks, and led initiatives on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, Jefferson held various legal positions at Vail Resorts, including Associate Counsel and Senior Manager of Legal Services, and gained valuable experience as a legal intern at CSG and a contracts extern at Arrow Electronics. Education includes a Doctor of Law from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the same institution.
