Melissa Salibi currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources at Kerzner International, a position held since July 2024. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Melissa has previously led HR operations at Kempinski Hotels as Chief Human Resources Officer and held various leadership roles in human resources across multiple global brands, including FRHI Hotels & Resorts and Rotana. Notable achievements include attaining the highest engagement scores since the launch of engagement surveys in 2016 and driving strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Organizational and Business Psychology from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences and Social Services from the University of South Africa. Additionally, Melissa is a member of the Global Wellbeing Advisory Forum at Wellbeing at Work World since September 2022.
