Elizabeth Maul is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the beauty and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Wella Company, Elizabeth leads the global Retail Hair & Prosumer business, focusing on strategic growth and a consumer-centric, digital-first approach. Previous roles include Group Officer at BIC, where Elizabeth spearheaded global innovation and sustainability efforts, and Chief Marketing Officer at Luxury Brand Partners, where Elizabeth was instrumental in building a portfolio of seven successful brands. Additional experience includes leadership positions at H2O Plus, L'Oréal, Gucci, Shiseido, Guerlain, and Boucheron, showcasing a strong track record in marketing and brand development.
