Catherine Hurst is an experienced professional in talent development and coaching, currently serving as a Talent Programmes Specialist at Well Pharmacy since August 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Learning and Development Specialist at Eddie Stobart and as a Professional Development Manager at Blackpool and The Fylde College, following a long tenure as a Professional Development Coordinator at Runshaw College. Catherine Hurst holds an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive and Senior Leader Coaching and Mentoring from Xenonex, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from The University of Bolton, a BA (Hons) in Business Enterprise from the University of Central Lancashire, and an OND in Business and Finance from Runshaw College. Education began at Walton-le-Dale High School, culminating in a strong foundation in business and finance.
