Michael (Mike) Lucero has extensive experience in education and customer service management. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher for Weld RE-4 School District since October 2024, previous roles include Customer Service Manager at the Town of Windsor Colorado and Customer Service Supervisor & Facility Coordinator at the Community Recreation Center from September 2014 to May 2024. Additionally, Michael held coaching positions as the 8th Grade Head Football Coach at Windsor Middle School and Kinard Middle School from March 2012 to May 2016 and July 2010 to March 2012, respectively. Prior to their educational roles, Michael worked as an eCommerce Sales Manager for First Cash Financial Services, managing multiple online sales platforms. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Northern Colorado between 1990 and 1995.
