Douha El-Hely has extensive experience in engineering and customer experience management, currently serving as the Fulfillment and Customer Experience Operations Manager at Welcome Homes since October 2021, after holding multiple roles including Land Research Manager and Property Research Associate. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Staff Engineer and Staff Engineer at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services from September 2019 to October 2021, and as a Project Engineer at KPFF Consulting Engineers from September 2018 to September 2019. Douha began a career in design engineering at GLADSTONE DESIGN, Inc. and gained foundational experience as a Summer Intern at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Douha holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, completed in 2017.
