Dharnish Mishra is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in hospitality and food service. Currently serving as an Application Chef at Welbilt Inc. since March 2022, Dharnish previously worked at Carnival Cruise Line, first as a Chef De Partie from July 2017 to March 2022, specializing in Indian cuisine, cold kitchen preparation, and managing the pantry garden. Earlier experience includes a role as CDP at JW Marriott in New Delhi from July 2014 to 2017, focusing on banquet catering and room service. Dharnish holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Management from IHM Lucknow, completed between 2011 and 2014, covering all major departments.
