Laura Broomell, M.A. has extensive experience in training, education, and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as a Systems Trainer at WelbeHealth since August 2022, Laura also contributes as a Session Facilitator for the Calling All Allies Project, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion through interactive workshops. Previous roles include Learning Designer at UMortgage, where training methodologies were developed, and Adjunct Professor at the University of Delaware, responsible for curriculum creation in public speaking and communication. Laura's background also includes enrollment management as Assistant Director at Temple University and various roles in academic support, research, and office management, with a strong academic foundation from the University of Delaware, holding both a bachelor's and master's degree in Communication.
