Elizabeth Hurd has a diverse work experience history. Elizabeth started their career as a College of Agriculture Public Relations Intern with California State University, Chico in 2009 and continued as a College of Agriculture Outreach Intern from 2010 to 2012. During this time, they also worked as a Summer Orientation Peer Advisor in 2011.
In 2011, they joined Lucero Olive Oil as an Events Team Member, where they worked until 2012. Elizabeth then moved on to an Events & Outreach Intern role at Point San Luis Lighthouse, where they worked for a summer.
In 2012, Elizabeth joined Santa Cruz Biotechnology as a Purchasing Specialist, gaining experience in procurement until 2013.
From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Kindred at Home, starting as a Care Team Coordinator and then transitioning to an Office Manager role. Later, they became a Business Operations Specialist.
Elizabeth joined Quantgene in 2018 and served as an Operations Manager until 2019.
Currently, they are working at WelbeHealth, where they started as a Business Office Manager in 2019, and later transitioned to the role of Finance Manager in February 2021.
Elizabeth Hurd earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business from California State University, Chico, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
