Ville Ruotsalainen is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive expertise in industrial process development and non-destructive testing (NDT). Currently serving as the lead auditor for DNV Business Assurance Finland, Ville audits management systems certified to ISO standards. As a specialist in NDT at Welado, Ville provides expert services to the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency regarding rail inspections. Previous experience includes a tenure as NDT Development Manager at Ovako Imatra Oy Ab, where Ville was responsible for developing inspection processes and held NDT Level III responsibilities. Ville holds a Master's degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on welding technology from LUT University.
