Kelly joined Weitz Investments in 2015 as director of national accounts. In 2017, she was promoted to head of sales. Prior to joining the firm, Kelly was a strategic account manager at Lord Abbett. Previously, she worked as a regional manager for Nuveen Investments, Eastern division. Kelly has a bachelor's in political science from Illinois State University.
