Sandy Vicente is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in federal grants, budget management, risk management, and modeling. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Weise Solutions since August 2021, Sandy oversees various engagements related to federal credit and model validation. Previously, roles included Director and Manager in Quantitative and Model Risk Management at E*TRADE, as well as Senior Manager and Consultant positions at Summit Consulting, LLC, where significant projects were completed for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Additionally, Sandy's experience includes market research analysis at Data Driven Marketing Asia and academic positions as an Assistant Professor at De La Salle University. Sandy holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis and an MA in Economics from the University of the Philippines, complemented by a BS in Applied Economics from De La Salle University.
