Dr. Marie-Helen Vogt currently works as the Customer Excellence Manager at WEINIG HOLZ-HER USA. Previously, at Noerr, Dr. Marie-Helen was a M&A Lawyer and Senior Associate, focusing on corporate law/M&A matters with an emphasis on software/apps and technology companies. Prior to that, Dr. Marie-Helen represented Global Insurer Allianz SE in self-employment and held various roles at the University of Potsdam including lecturer, academic associate, research assistant, and tutor. Dr. Marie-Helen Vogt holds degrees from the University of Potsdam and completed their legal traineeship at the Regional Court Berlin.
