Terri Wein has a diverse work experience in the finance and career coaching industries. Terri started their own career coaching firm, Weil & Wein, in 2007 and serves as Co-CEO. Terri'sfirm provides advisory services to job seekers across multiple industries, including finance, technology, and retail. In 2014, they co-founded Jobtreks, a career planning platform. Terri also worked as an Adjunct Career Advisor at The Wharton School since 2010. Prior to their coaching career, Terri worked in finance and held roles such as Managing Director at Smith Barney, Director at Merrill Lynch, and Trader at J.P. Morgan (formerly Bear Stearns). Terri started their finance career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch in 1984.

Terri Wein received a BSE in finance and entrepreneurial management as well as an MBA in finance and marketing from The Wharton School. In 2011, they obtained their Columbia Coaching Certification Program, External Coach Intensive (ECI) from Teachers College, Columbia University. Terri also received a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University in August 2022. Additionally, Terri has certifications from Hogan Assessment Systems, Korn Ferry, and the American Management Association.
