Sarah Flaherty is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as a Partner at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP since March 2023, Sarah previously held the position of Partner at Linklaters from September 2008 to March 2023, where Sarah progressed from Trainee to Associate in the Corporate Department. Additionally, Sarah served as Secretary at The Takeover Panel from September 2019 to September 2021, and worked as a Solicitor in Group Legal at Glencore for a brief period in 2016-2017. Sarah's education includes a Master of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and legal qualifications from the College of Law and BPP Law School.
