Meela Gill possesses extensive experience in legal professional development and attorney training. Currently serving as the Director of Professional Development & Attorney Training at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, Meela has previously held senior roles in global attorney development at Latham & Watkins, including Senior Manager and Manager positions. Prior experience at Kirkland & Ellis includes serving as Manager of Lateral Attorney Recruiting and Attorney Recruiting Specialist. Meela holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in Sociology from Stony Brook University.
