Mallory M. Craig-Karim is a skilled M&A Associate with experience at prominent law firms including Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, Baker McKenzie, and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates. Additionally, Mallory serves as a Board Member on the Board of Directors for the SF LGBT Center. Previous legal experience includes a position as a Law Clerk at the Office of Science and Technology Policy within the Executive Office of the President. Mallory holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Virginia School of Law, where membership in the Raven Honor Society was achieved, and has furthered legal studies as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Oxford.
