Luke Shelton, CAM, CALP, has extensive experience in property management and training, currently serving as the Regional Trainer for Texas at Weidner Apartment Homes since March 2018, where additional roles include Certified Mentor, Community Director, Culture Ambassador, Assistant Community Director, and Leasing Manager. Prior to this, Luke worked at Gardner Tanenbaum Holdings as Property Manager of The Montgomery Downtown OKC, achieving a high closing rate and maintaining community occupancy. Additional experience includes positions at Campus Crest as Senior Leasing Consultant, where leasing efforts achieved full occupancy in a 505 bed space community, and at Midwestern State University assisting the Associate Vice President in student development. Luke's career began at Buffalo Wild Wings, focusing on staff training. Education was obtained from Midwestern State University.
