Miguel Castaneda is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in residential investment and construction management. Currently serving as a Realtor Associate at Weichert, Realtors - ABG Properties since September 2016, Miguel also co-founded MAC Project Investors LLC in June 2011, focusing on residential assets and implementing various investment strategies. As Owner President of MAC Project Management Inc. since September 2006, Miguel oversees labor on diverse construction projects across South Florida. Prior to these roles, Miguel gained expertise as a Home Inspector and held positions as Foreman at Multiworks Design Construction Inc. and Roofing Specialist at Passat Roofing. Miguel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Universidad La Gran Colombia and relevant real estate certifications from Gold Coast School and The Rich Dad Company.
