Zac Mollica has extensive experience in human resources and customer service, primarily at Wegmans Food Markets since September 2008, where positions have included Employee Advocate, Human Resources Management Trainee, Service Team Leader, and various recruiting roles. Zac also served as Front End Coordinator and participated in summer management internships. Prior to this, Zac gained leadership and communication skills as an Admissions TeleCounselor and Resident Advisor while earning a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Bridgewater College from 2011 to 2015.
