Joshua Moon currently serves as a Quality Testing Technician at WEGMANN automotive, where responsibilities include checking materials, procedures, and products to meet customer specifications. Additionally, Joshua leads continuous improvement initiatives, managing the WAPS 333 program and ensuring the accuracy of various performance metrics. With extensive experience in the U.S. Army Reserve and Army National Guard, Joshua held the rank of MSG and facilitated comprehensive training for military units, managed operations, and oversaw the training and maintenance of unmanned ground robots. Joshua holds a Lean Leader Course certification from the University of Tennessee and is pursuing a PMP Training Certificate from the Project Management Institute, complementing an Associate's Degree from Motlow State Community College.
