Giovani Marcelo Pradi serves as the Digital Solutions Development Manager and Head of Software Application at WEG, leading a project team of 35 engineers and managing international projects across the USA, Europe, Latin America, South Africa, and Australia. With extensive experience in automation, Giovani has held roles including Automation Specialist, where management of complex projects from planning to warranty was key, and PLC Programmer, specializing in various PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems. Additionally, Giovani contributed as a Postgraduate Teacher at SENAI while holding multiple positions in sales support and marketing. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Electric and Electronic Engineering, an Automation Specialist certification, and a degree in Electrical Engineering, complemented by an Electronics Technician background from Centro de Treinamento WEG.
