Amit Sharma has a wealth of experience in data governance, data quality, and product ownership. Currently, they hold a position at wefox, where they are responsible for data governance and data quality. Prior to this role, Amit worked at TiVo as a senior data quality engineer, big data SDET, and big data developer. In this role, they focused on building and testing data pipelines, utilizing big data technologies such as Spark, Scala, and Hadoop. Amit also worked with tools such as Python, Pandas, Airflow, and Tableau. Before TiVo, Amit worked at Symantec as a senior software QA engineer, responsible for testing PKI products and automating test cases using Java, TestNG, and Selenium. Amit'swork at Sonus involved developing frameworks to automate testing, particularly for SOAP web services and regression and functional test cases using Selenium Webdriver. Amit began their career at Tech Mahindra as a technical associate, where they were involved in black box testing, designing test cases, executing them, and raising bugs for the GHUCS product. Overall, Amit Sharma has a strong background in data quality, automation testing, and product testing.

Amit Sharma completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they studied from 2003 to 2005 at Dav Public School, where they obtained their secondary school certificate (SSC) in the non-medical field. From 1994 to 2003, they attended St. Edwards School Shimla and also obtained an SSC degree in the non-medical field. Additionally, Amit has obtained several certifications related to various topics including data science, SQL, software testing, and automation from institutions such as DataCamp, HackerRank, LinkedIn, and the Indian Testing Board.
