Richard KEFS has been working in the technology industry since 1985 when they began as a Research Specialist at M.I.T (Massuchetts Institute of Technology). In 1987, they moved to Technology Concept Inc as a Senior Software Engineering Manager. Two years later, they joined Apple Computer Europe as a Server European Manager. In 1995, they founded Aptimal Technology and served as the Chief Executive Officer. In 2000, they founded FastBooking and served as the Founder, shareholder, CEO, and CTO. Finally, in 2014 they founded Weeloy and served as the Founder, COO, and CTO.

Richard KEFS attended Tufts University from 1980 to 1985, where they obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
