Josh Hilscher is an experienced professional in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as Project Manager and Director of Sales at David Weekley Homes since November 2018. Prior to this role, Josh held several key positions, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Paran Homes LLC and Traton Homes, as well as Vice President of Sales at John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods. Josh also gained extensive experience at Ashton Woods Homes and Pulte Homes, where roles included VP of Sales and Marketing, General Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, and New Home Sales Counselor. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
